1. General Eligibility

  • All participants must be 18 years or above. For kids & teen events, parent/guardian consent is mandatory.
  • Valid ID proof is required for verification and enrollment.

2. Registration

  • Registration will be considered complete only after full payment of the applicable non-refundable registration fee.
  • All information submitted must be true, accurate, and verifiable.

3. Event Participation

  • Participants must follow all guidelines, schedules, and instructions provided by the organizing team.
  • Missing rehearsals, training, or coordination meetings without valid reason may lead to disqualification.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain professionalism, discipline, and respectful behavior throughout the event/shoot.
  • The company holds the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct or violation of terms.

5. Use of Content

  • All photos, videos, and footage taken during shoots and events are the property of Fabulous Fashion Group.
  • The company reserves the right to use this content for promotions, advertisements, and digital campaigns across platforms.

6. Benefits & Work Opportunities

  • Participation in any event or shoot does not guarantee paid work, casting, or media appearances.
  • However, selected participants may be offered further opportunities based on performance and availability.

7. Travel & Accommodation

  • Unless specifically mentioned, participants must manage their own travel and stay.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Fabulous Fashion Group reserves the right to change the event date, venue, celebrity appearances, or schedule without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • All participants will be informed in advance if such changes occur.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • The company is not responsible for personal loss, damage, injury, or delay during any activity or travel.
  • Participants are expected to take personal responsibility for their belongings and well-being.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the city of the company’s head office.
